POKEMON ENCYCLOPAEDIA
Endemic Pokemon of the Unova region - common, rare and legendary
A Pokédex is an electronic device that identifies Pokémon, wild or otherwise, and provides photographs and information about their behaviour, habitat, anatomy and various statistics. These expensive devices are distributed to promising trainers who encounter a wide variety of Pokémon, including potentially undiscovered species, with the intent of broadening the database of Pokémon knowledge.
This Pokémon Encyclopaedia describes the intricacies of Pokémon biology from a scientific perspective accompanied by realistic illustrations, equivalent to a comprehensive online Pokédex. Up most attention has been dedicated to ensuring scientific validity and consistency of the content. The material is organised into encyclopaedic format, in order of relevance, logical progression, and Pokémon number (as opposed to alphabetic).
Pokémon trainers in each region have a specific Pokédex, that catalogues the species found in their particular region. The Pokémon encyclopaedia covers Pokémon entries that are purely endemic to the Unova region (Regional Pokédex: 0-155), (National Pokédex: 494-649). All scientific jargon is defined by a dynamic glossary next to the relevant terms. Questions can be forwarded to 'pokemonencyclo@hotmail.com'
